Scope of Services:
- Mechanical and Electrical Design and Built for various kinds of occupancy: Office, Residential flat, Apartments, Villa, Hotels, Club House, bars, restaurants, Shopping Malls, Retail stores, Residential development show flats, Exhibition Hall, Gallery etc.
- Heating, Mechanical Ventilation and air-conditioning system design and construction
- Wet, dry and gaseous extinguishing fire suppression system design and construction
- Building Design and Construction in the power supply and distribution system
- Extra Low Voltage system and engineering services (including Security systems such as CCTV, Burglar alarm, video / visual display systems – TV and LED wall, audio systems – Public address, etc.)  Design and Construction
- Internal communications, computer room and a separate system design and construction
- Plumbing and drainage system design and construction
- Decorative lighting: professional lighting design and selection of proposals for interior area of Retail shops.
- External and internal Facade lighting design, special lighting proposal with LED.
- Stage lighting and visualization effect design and construction.
